This 3 ingredient, gluten-free chocolate cake couldn’t be easier (or tastier). It’s quick, easy and healthy - containing protein and fibre.

Ingredients


1 Apple

1 egg

30g cacao powder


Method


1.

Combine your ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.

2.

Transfer to an oven safe dish (greased so it doesn't stick).

3.

Bake at 180C for 25 minutes (or in the bake setting in the air fryer for 20 min).
