Blueberry & Almond Butter Wrap
Easy and delicious twist to the traditional PB & Jelly sandwich! This wrap makes the perfect snack or breakfast on the go, filled with delicious homemade blueberry jam, almond butter and banana! Such a treat!

Ingredients
40g of frozen blueberries 1 tsp of maple syrup 1 tsp of chia seeds 4 tbsp of almond butter
1 banana
2 tortilla wraps
Method
1.
Microwave frozen blueberries and maple syrup for 1 min. Mash blueberries with a fork, add chia seeds, mix and set aside.
2.
Cut tortilla from the middle to one of the edges.
3.
Spread almond butter to two of the quarters, banana slices of 1 of the quarters and blueberry jam to the fourth.
4.
Fold in four and heat in a pan until golden both sides. Enjoy like that or serve in a plate with extra fresh blueberries, nut butter and/or banana slices.
