Breakfast Berry Cookies

Ingredients


180g oats
80g peanut butter
10-15 chopped strawberries
2 tbsp chia seeds
6 tbsp plant-based milks
2 mashed bananas
50g toasted almond flakes


Method


1.
Mix chia seeds with plant-based milk and set aside.

2.
Mash bananas, mix with peanut butter and chia mix.

3.
Add oats and almond slices and mix until combined, then add in the strawberries.

4.
Place on small dollops over a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and gently press them down. Bake at 180C for 12-15 min until golden.
