Chickpea Chocolate Bark
This indulgent snack is not only delicious, but packs a nutritional punch with its high fibre & protein content.

Ingredients
• 1 can of chickpeas
• 75g of chocolate
• 1 tbsp of tahini
• Pinch of sea salt
Method
1.
Drain and rise chickpeas, roast in a baking tray or in the air fryer for about 20-30 min until they are crispy and dry
2.
Melt chocolate, in the microwave at 30 seconds intervals.
3.
Mix with roasted chickpeas and tahini
4.
Layer in parchment paper, sprinkle with sea salt and refrigerate for 30 minutes or overnight
