High Protein Clementine & Blueberry Ice-Cream

 
 

Looking for a dessert that will satisfy your sweet tooth and your hunger? This high-protein ice cream hits the spot! You can even switch up the fruit used here - swap your blueberries for raspberries or strawberries for a different flavour every time.

Ingredients


8-10 clementines or easy peelers

190g of blueberries

300g of cottage cheese

1 tsp or maple syrup (optional)


Method


1.

The night before: Peal the clementines and separate in segments, layer on a tray and freeze overnight

2.

Blend cottage cheese, blueberries and optional maple syrup.

3.

Pour the mix in a container and freeze for 3-4 hours before serving.

4.

When ready to serve, take out the clementines from the freezer and blend in a food processor. Add little splashes of water until it comes all together.

5.

Serve both together and enjoy.
