Mango Roll Ups

 
 

These are super easy & are bursting with flavour, plus they make the perfect on-the-go snack too. These mango fruit roll-ups turned out amazingly well and are packed full of vitamins such A, B6, and C, and a variety of essential minerals like zinc and calcium. Ingredients


2 large mango’s


Method


1.
Preheat the oven to 100C.

2.
Peel and chop your mangoes and add into a blender. Blitz until a smooth paste forms.

3.
Spread evenly over the tray and bake until it’s not sticky to the touch - it will take about 3 hours.

4.
Cut in stripes with the parchment paper.

5.
Roll each stripe and store in a container.
