Spinach Crackers

 
 

This delicious, nutrient dense snack is perfect to pair with a healthy dip or pop into lunchboxes. These crackers contain plant-based iron, healthy fats and protein.

Ingredients


150g almond flour

Handful of spinach

1 egg

Pinch of salt

Pinch of oregano


Method


1.

Blend the egg, spinach, salt and oregano

2.

Add the mix to the almond flour

3.

Mix until well combined and roll between two parchment paper sheets to a cracker thin

4.

Cut in squares and bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes until golden

5.

Let cool and enjoy
