Tortilla Quiche Bake
Delicious, nutritious and easy to make, this tortilla quiche is the perfect low effort recipe.

Ingredients
1 whole meal wrap (palm oil free)
4 tbsp of cottage cheese
3 eggs
1 tomato, chopped
Handful of spinach
Handful of mozzarella cheese
Method
1.
To a deep bowl add the wrap as a base for the “quiche”
2.
Add the eggs, salt, pepper and cottage cheese and mix until well combined
3.
Add tomatoes and spinach, finish with mozzarella cheese
4.
Bake for 25 min or until golden brown
5.
Enjoy hot
