Berry Breakfast Loaf

Ingredients
350g flour
50g jumbo oats
70g ground almonds
1 tsp baking powder
50g blueberries and raspberries
60g honey
400ml almond milk 4 tbsp walnut oil or vegetable oil Toppings: coconut yoghurt, berries and nut butter
Method
1.
Mix together flour, oats, almond flour and baking powder.
2.
Add wet ingredients and mix well, add blueberries and raspberries.
3.
Transfer to a loaf tin with parchment paper.
4.
Bake for 35-40 min at 180C then let the loaf cool completely.
5. Add toppings and slice.
