Millionaires Oats
Nothing looks more delicious than layers of creamy oats, caramel and chocolate! This is the perfect example of healthy ingredients made up in a delicious way! Who said you can’t have dessert for breakfast?

Ingredients
40g of oats 120ml oat milk 1 tbsp chia seeds 1 tbsp nut butter 2-3 tbsp of date caramel Chocolate ganache
For the date caramel: 60g of oat milk 180g of dates
For the ganache: 1 tbsp of maple syrup 1 tbsp of cacao powder 1 tbsp nut butter
Method
1.
Blend all the ingredients for the caramel and set aside, you can store in the fridge for a few days.
2.
Mix oats, chia seeds, oat milk and nut butter. Rest in the fridge for 10-20 min.
3.
Cover oats with a 2-3 tbsp of the date caramel.
4.
Mix all the ingredients for the ganache and spread of ver caramel. Sprinkle with sea salt and leave in the fridge overnight.
