Ice Tray Veggie Parcels
These wonderful rolls are jam-packed full of colourful veg and melted cheese. They make the perfect snack for lunches on the go and Summer picnics too, plus they can be eaten hot or cold.

Ingredients
1 shortcrust pastry sheet
1 carrot, peeled and chopped
6 tbsp of sweet corn
6 tbsp of peas
6 tbsp of grated cheese
Method
1.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Roll the pastry and cut in half lengthwise, position over the ice cube tray and use your fingers to push in the holes.
3.
Fill with carrots, sweetcorn, peas, and cheese, cover with the remaining pastry and push to close the edges. Freeze for 20 mins.
4.
Bake for 20 mins or until golden. Cut into individual rolls and enjoy.
