Tropical Fruit Porridge
Cooler mornings call for comforting porridge bowls! Using a mix of favourite tropical fruits, this breakfast has such a summer feel you’ll forget wherever you really are!

Ingredients
120g oats
360ml coconut milk
1/2 mango
2 small passionfruit
1 banana
Coconut flakes/desiccated coconut (optional)
Method

Pour the oats and milk into a saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer until thick and creamy, around 8 minutes. Add in more milk, if needed.
2.
Meanwhile, prepare the fruit. Chop the mango and banana and scoop the seeds and juice out of the passionfruit.
3.
Serve the porridge topped with the chopped mango and banana and drizzled with the passionfruit. Sprinkle with coconut.
